Remembering What Helps
Keep the strategies you have already chosen — or a professional has recommended — where you can actually find and use them.
Knowing a strategy and remembering to use it in the moment are two different things. This tool records, for each situation you notice, what you want to remember, the cue that reminds you, how to use the strategy safely and when to ask for help instead.
It is only for strategies you have already chosen or that an appropriate professional has recommended — it does not create new clinical advice.
The pathway it follows is: Recognise → Remember → Choose → Initiate → Use safely → Reflect → Seek help when required.
