My Self-Awareness & Early-Warning Map
Notice changes in your body, mood, sleep, routine and connection before they become bigger barriers — and plan what helps.
This map helps you notice change early. For each area of everyday life — energy, mood, concentration, sleep, food, movement, communication and routine — you record your usual signs, the early changes you tend to notice, and what (or who) helps.
The Green / Yellow / Red plan turns that awareness into simple action: green means usual and manageable; yellow means a change has been noticed; red means stop and seek appropriate help.
There are no right answers. The aim is to know yourself well enough to act sooner, with the right support.
