Maintenance & Setback Plan
Keep the routines you have built going — and know the early sign that one is slipping, the first step to re-establish it, and who can help.
Skills and routines need maintaining, and setbacks are a normal part of any change. This plan names what you want to maintain, your usual routine, the early sign that it is slipping, the first re-establishment step and who can help.
A setback is not a failure — it is a cue to restart the pathway: Recognise → Remember → Initiate → Sequence → Practise → Maintain.
The final section plans ahead for what happens if circumstances change.
