Generalisation Tracker
Check whether a skill can be used beyond one familiar teaching situation — across settings, with consistent safety and changing assistance.
A skill learned in one kitchen, on one bus route or with one support worker has not yet been generalised. This tracker records performance in up to three settings, the change in assistance across them, and whether safety stayed consistent.
The rule is simple: do not infer generalisation from performance in only one environment. The conclusion column records whether the skill has genuinely transferred.
